FAQs

Still on the fence? Our customer support team is here to help.

vCredits are the dedicated currency for Evoto Video. They are used to export clips with applied video retouching effects. vCredits are separate from Evoto photo credits and cannot be used interchangeably.

vCredits are charged only for the parts of your video where paid retouching effects are applied. Untouched footage, trimming, basic edits, and clips without applied effects do not consume vCredits.

vCredit usage is based on the length of enhanced clips and the export frame rate. Regular FPS video uses 1 vCredit per second. High FPS video uses 2 vCredits per second.

Not necessarily. Your vCredit usage is based on the total length of clips with applied effects, not the full video duration. For example, if a 20-minute video only has 2 minutes of retouched clips, only those 2 minutes are counted.

Choose a plan based on how much footage you expect to enhance. As a reference, 900 vCredits can cover up to 15 minutes of Regular FPS enhanced clips, 3,600 vCredits up to 60 minutes, 9,600 vCredits up to 160 minutes, and 30,000 vCredits up to 500 minutes. High FPS exports use twice vCredits.

No. Basic editing, trimming, and non-retouched clips are free to export. vCredits are only used when paid retouching effects are applied to your video clips.
